Client Avatar Development for a New Design Studio
“Tina made me see what is possible in my business. She is authentic and really cares about her clients.”
Founder of a high-end, jewelry studio
The Client:
The client owns a high-end, luxury studio specializing in fine gold and gemstone heirloom jewelry.
The Challenge:
The studio moved locations from a street level store-front to a bigger, designed studio space that allowed for more in-person events. The challenge was how to drive awareness of the new location that was no longer going to bring in walk by traffic.
The client had attended a trade show and came across a new and innovate jewelry experience that she wanted to bring to her studio, but didn’t know how to position and market it in a way that would attract her perfect clientele, that would be interested in buying higher-end pieces.
The Solution:
We agreed that this jewelry experience would be a great way to bring in new clients but would require customer education and a feeling of exclusivity to keep the right customers.
We approached this as a collaborative project with brainstorming calls, messaging ideation and designing of collateral and web pages.
The new in-studio experience:
Naming and positioning
Digital launch strategy: website pages, appointment booking solution, SEO keyword strategy
Email marketing teaser campaigns and launch
Print collateral
Client Wins:
The new in-store experience as a huge hit and resulted in increased visits and sales from both existing loyal customers and brought in new customers.
Pop-ups, parties and other special events increased due to the excitement and marketing approach.
The studio ranked #1 for keywords related to the jewelry experience and their geographic location, resulting in new buyers who had never heard of the studio or it’s founder.
